Was not there long enough to listen and answer questions or take my 3rd visit seriously. He wrote I didn’t have abdominal pain and back pain or face swelling which I told nurse I had all of these things. His clinical notes were also incorrect. He never came back by so after 2 hours I left without my paperwork.
