I was charged $300 and was told by the receptionist that whatever additional charges for completing the needed medical procedure would be paid when I walked out… I asked repeatedly if the procedure would be done today since it needs to be to avoid scarring and I was told the affirmative. They are out of my insurance coverage plan but were the only ones who could fit me in today… no procedure was provided and I’m out $300. I asked for a refund and was told that the doctor had seen me. The healing process was so quick I was amazed, minimum bleeding no bruising I was very happy with the surgery Dr. Neiner is a fantastic surgeon and doctor I recommend him to everybody.
Dr. Neiner figured out a problem several doctors brushed off as a sinus infection for 3 years! In the first appointment he not only figured it out but he put me on the proper medication, scheduled a CT and then surgery! All went PERFECT and I feel like a new person!! His bedside manner and communication through it all was the best!! Would recommend him fully!!! Thank You so much Dr Neiner!!
I am very surprised by all the negative comments. I have only been 2 times to see the doctor & I found him very pleasant & he explained in layman terms of the surgery I need to have. I left feeling very confident that I am in good hands.
