Dr. Werther removed my daughter's wisdom teeth. He was a great oral surgeon, very knowledgeable, very interested in his patients, funny and accessible. When she had lingering problems with pain, he and his staff were very easily accessible and provided immediate solutions. His staff is very professional, we didn't have to wait for any of her appointments, they scheduled additional appointments for her pain issues completely at our convenience - as in just come in when you can today and we will accomodate you. It would be hard to imagine a less caring, more unprofessional dentist. He removed my daughter's wisdom teeth in February of last year. At the time we provided his office with all insurance information (we had two policies covering her) and paid the copayment. In December, we received a call from a collection agency! We immediately called his office and we told that they tried unsuccessfully to contact us to get additional insurance information. We had never received a word from them! Dr. Werther is a very good Oral Surgeon. He is very bright and has an excellent sense of humor. He extracted my wisdom teeth and by the next day I was eating a hamburger, and had no swelling. I highly recommend him.
I had Orthognathic surgery by Dr. Werther. He and his staff are by far the best Dr's office in Nashville. Recently I had to take my daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed. Due to insurance I took her to a different Oral Surgeon. What a different experience. If she or I ever need anything done again, it will be done by Dr. Werther regardless of insurance issues.
