Was talked down to from the doctor. I've been suffering from an upper respiratory infection of some kind with extreme pain in my head, ears, and throat. My chest so tight I couldn't even cough much. He basically told me I was sick because of acid reflux. What??! He said my throat and ears looked fine. How can they be fine and be in so much pain?? He basically acted like I was fine. Receptionist was incredibly rude. My daughter was in pain from spider bite, I asked for a cooling pack she would not give us. Even though the wait was going to be an hour long. Then she looked at my daughter with a disapproving look and told her to go sit down if it hurts. Very unfriendly and felt talked down to. We left and went to a different urgent care. Super disappointing will never go there again.
