I went to Dr Duong's office thinking I would need a root canal. After X-rays and testing the tooth, he said he did not think one was warranted yet. What honesty and integrity!
I had a throbbing toothache that came from the lower left side with swollen lymph node. When I called to make an appointment, the front desk staff was so sweet and accommodating to let me see Dr. Duong right away. He diagnosed the problem was from the upper left and performed the root canal treatment immediately with the gentle wave machine. He was so gentle that I fell asleep without realizing it. I’m having major dental and health issues because of the 2 root canals I had done here. This dentist is a scammer. Bad work!!! Or maybe just don’t know what his doing.
I had my first root canal done yesterday by Dr. Duong with no pain the following morning. I have to say Dr. Duong and his office was very professional, they articulated all the costs and why, provided excellent service, he’s very knowledgeable and he used some of the latest technology including the “PowerWave” process that helps remove unwanted tissue and debris that can cause post root canal infection via sonic wave technology and special cleaning solutions. This guy is a true professional and I’d recommend him to anyone!
I had a great experience with my 1st root canal at this office. This was also the first time the gentle wave was used during the procedure. I had a root canal in the past that now needs re-treatment. The gentle wave should help in the future to prevent re treatment. Now that I know that the gentle wave procedure is an option, I will not have another root canal without it!
