I've had two experiences with Dr. Strode at the MedCenter ER. The first, I was with my elderly grandmother. He sent a MedStudent to tell me they were sending me home with her even though she was in terrible condition. I told him there was no one to take care of her and to get me the Doctor and he would not come speak with me. If not for a respiratory therapist standing up to the doctor, my grandmother would have been sent home to die.
