I went to the one place that I thought sure would help me closest to my home. It is complicated, but no one listened to me. This Dr. came in and rudely ask why was I there on a Saturday nite. My complaint was I was having palpitations, nausea, shortness of breath, light headed and bad tremors throughout my torso. Because EKG said my heart was in Rythum. My name is Michael Taylor ER visit on 06/26/16 Dr Goff gave me fake smiles and fake understanding--I have a terminal Illness and am having alot of pain all I asked for was help---I got none- no treatment at all-I do have complicated Health problems he turned his back on me like I dident matter or was too nasty to help----or that I was a liar??? I brought my records for nothing---a bad- aloof Doushbag--
