Did not read CT results until he entered room with me. Staff scheduled my CT scan 1 hour after my doctor appointment... Could not do because no time to drive there. I had to re-scheduled CT scan and got in the next day and also had to FAX my letter from insurance company to get ok of CT scan. Then she re-scheduled my doctor visit and I was going to have to wait 1 month to see him. With something on my kidney to worry about.
