The staff and lady at the front window are TERRIBLE. They always look miserable and bitter. They're super rude and unhelpful. The doctor himself is very nice and helpful. Maybe the doctor needs to treat his staff with some kind of medication. I should have reported the office and staff to the medical board for the way we were treated.
The Doctor and the receptionist both always have the best attitudes!
