The staff and lady at the front window are TERRIBLE. They always look miserable and bitter. They're super rude and unhelpful. The doctor himself is very nice and helpful. Maybe the doctor needs to treat his staff with some kind of medication. I should have reported the office and staff to the medical board for the way we were treated.
The Doctor and the receptionist both always have the best attitudes!
Dr. Goldy always pays attention to what you tell him. He is very welcoming and understanding. I would never change doctors! Also the lady that calls for appointment reminders is GREAT. They're both AMAZING! Im not sure why some people gave bad reviews if they're both one of the kindest people! Since i was a kid i went here in person and now virtually! I did go with a different psychiatrist at some point because of insurance issues but came right back to Dr. Goldy!
