I have been suffering for years. I have seen countless Doctors. Never have I ever been treated So well. Amazing bedside manners. Empathetic & Understanding. I know we are going to find the perfect treatment for me. Personalized for me. Because we are all so different with different needs. Long wait times, for he takes time with his patients. Which I really liked. He takes his time and explains things with you.
Dr. Otero is an excellent physician who has treated my severe pain issues as a monthly provider and a surgical specialist and I recommend so highly I have sent my own family members to seek treatment from.
He's been helping me with procedures & treatment for my many pain issues
As very caring doctor understands pt. Needs and people with chronic pain I hate he left tpa pain relief wish I knew where he went would follow

Been to many doctors since moving to Florida in2011 Dr Otero is one that really seems to care about me as a patient always interested in what I have to say and never rushed I feel Dr Otero is an excellent Dr in his field and lve been to quite a few between Ohio and Florida keep up the good work doc
