Dr. Lai is very friendly and personable Enjoy talking to him.
Impossible to make an appointment. Filled out their forms, receptionist muted me and said that they would create my profile...then they put down on me, didn't call me back nor pick up the phone when I tried to call back multiple times.
Dr Lai is my Regular doctor. He is so calm, patient and listens to you. He is so good, I recommended him to my cousin and my husband when his doctor retired. I trust Dr Lai completely. They used to be located in a stuffy office but now they moved to a bigger office. It has a/c.
Called to get an appointment for my husband. Says not available /line is busy.
You can never make an appointment because you can never get through the phone. They have so many patients, your appointment is 4 months out. So tired of their front office staff, they never pick up the phone for anything.
