Disappointed. I am a patient of Dr. Moon’s. Have seen him over the course of several years many times and even referred my friends and family to him. I now find it literally impossible to get an appointment with Dr. Moon whether it’s for an injury or just an annual check up. Honestly, it’s been since COVID and it never got better. Prior to that, never had issues. Now, he’s booked for 6 months out. I had a back issue recently and Dr Moon couldn't see me for over 3 months. I keep getting pushed off to nurse practitioners. Been seeing Dr Moon for 20 years now! Best Doctor in the Plano Frisco area.
This place used to be amazing… used to. I went in last week for treatment of what I think to be a sinus infection. I get to the doctor tell them I get them every year and a couple of my family members have them now as well. JENNIFER GRIFFITH then orders test for Covid flu and strep that all come back negative. The most kind provider I've met. Felt heard and not judge! Very intelligent! He is one dr I've met here in Texas. that's well seasoned/ educated enough to explain PCOS and it's treatment. Dr. MOON is now my new pcp. He communicate with his patient. You send message on portal, he will respond . Unlike other pcp. Dr. Moon cares about his patients. Thank you for everything Dr Moon.
Dr Moon, is the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. His compassionate patient-centered care philosophy creates an environment where living healthy is easier because you know Mike Tyson will be in your corner if something ever happened.
