Do what you say you are going to do. I requested a copy of a receipt for dental work I had done at this office and was told it would be emailed to me. After an hour passed and I still hadn’t received it, I called back a second time. A different employee answered and told me it would be sent “in an hour or so.” Her tone came across as condescending when I mentioned that an hour had already passed. Iris did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. This was my first time at Legacy Dental, and I immediately noticed how warm and welcoming the office was. The doctor was wonderful as well, but I especially recommend Iris as a hygienist. She was thorough, gentle, and made the entire experience very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Dr. P and and his whole team (especially Leah) have been super helpful, flexible and patient with me during my time with them. I have been going to Dr. P for almost a decade now and have had numerous problems from small cavities up to root canals and extractions that have always been handled with top notch work and honest communication! He's gone above and beyond with aftercare as well.
