The woman that set the appointments was very rude and negative! I would have given it zero stars, but that option was not available. She just gave me the appointment without even asking me if it was convenient for me, name I believe is Felicia. I wish that she was not working in the office cause I really love the doctor and staff there. If it wasn’t for her I would give 10 stars. Her attitude is terrible. Her attitude is just plain awful. She needs to be more appreciative that she even has a job.
