His staff is the worst I have ever delt with. They do not return your calls and act as if they dont know you!
Wonderful experience with Dr. Malone. He is very through and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend him to friends and family
Took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me to get to other patients. Very easy to talk to.
Malone left me begging for over 10 months for a wrist specific MRI the surgeon needed, and he would not let me have it until Humana told him to. My torn wrist tendon healed badly from his neglect, and is now being taken care of by a more competent doctor who asked why this was allowed to happen. In my opinion, one star is too much for him. He is in this biz. for the wrong reason. He may spend the time, but he isn't really there. If you got seriously injured, don't look for help from him.
He is thorough. Good bedside manner. No complaints. Long wait time, though.
In 2years have seen Dr. Malone once. If it were not for photos, I would not know what he looks like. His PA's are great but no continuity of care or ability to build relationship because there have been three different ones and he rotates them to other office. Medical assistants are great as well as girls at front desk. Do not bother attempting sick appointment will be quicker going to a convenient or immediate care.
