I changed insurance and got an appt 3 weeks out. However I already had an appt with a specialist in two weeks. The wonderful gals in the office moved mountains and got me in to see the doctor in 2 days....enough time to process a referral and keep my appt with the specialist. I only had one initial appointment with Dr. Malone, which was uneventful and brief. Months later, out of the blue, his office practice began nuisance phone calls two or three times a week to drum up new, unnecessary appointments. I enjoy good health and have no known issues. The calls became increasingly aggressive, culminating in one message informing me that my insurance required me to make an appointment by the end of the business day a couple days later. Doctor John Malone is in Hudson, FL. My husband and I have been under his care for a few years now. I can’t imagine him receiving a bad review. He is caring and patient. He is knowledgeable. He answer all our questions. We have never felt rushed! He takes the time to know us and our medical issues. I feel lucky to have found a good MD.
We were looking for a family doctor early last year. We see Dr Malone in Hudson, Fl. A staff member talked me into making an appointment with him. I was Hesitant because of these reviews. I am so glad. My husband has a long list of issues. Dr Malone listens, he is patient, listens, knowledgeable, works well with the other specialist, is assessable and follows up. I was in a search for a new family doctor. I called for another doctor who was not available when I called Dr Malone’s office. After I made the appointment I had read the reviews but decided to find out for myself. We were given far more attention then I could have expected. I have been seeing Dr. Malone for several yrs. He’s attentive, very knowledgeable, a great diagnostician. The staff is friendly and professional. No complaints at all.
TERRIBLE Dr. and practice!!!! VERY rude women who work there (Mary, especially). These ladies are very rude and should not be working with the public!!! Dr. Malone doesn't care about his patients' well-being either. He rushes you through and then has "minions" call and tell what he wouldn't. Man-up, Dr. Malone! My family will not go back there...ever!!
Changing doctors, the PA is unprofessional and rude. The office staff is unpleasant they seemed bothered that your there. Ended up at BayCare urgent care because I got worse instead of better and did not diagnose correctly.
