DrWright was very apologetic re lateness.. As a HC worker i can understand delays...you should do better about keeping the pt informed, goes a long way in keeping them happy..

Knee replacement surgery and follow up visits have been excellent
They always are very caring and very complete in their visit. Sometimes maybe a little to brief and in a hurry.
