Hygienist were great, but after 3 years, my wife and I never met Dr Wedin. I understand once, but a dentist should check on his patients after each cleaning just to review things and X rays.
The girl they have running the phones is completely unprofessional. I was told the “office manager” would call me back to schedule appointments and that never happened. I have reached out 3 times just trying to schedule a dentist appointment. I understand if you’re busy, I can wait! When did we normalize doctor offices not answering the phones and refusing to schedule appointments?
He always does a wonderful job and is very professional, he will help make sure you do the right thing and not try and just do the most expensive.
He a great dentist.
I’ve always gone to him and I love that he’s patient with his patients. He doesn’t rush the work being done
