What a GOD send he has been to me and my daughter BIGMAC!!!!! From day one, Dr. Thomas has put my daughter at ease when it comes to her anxiety about doctors. He makes her laugh, heck he makes me laugh! He is as genuine as they get! My daughter calls him her funny doc. :) That makes me happy. His staff is also very caring. They have all become like family to us. We are honored to have them in our care team.
Dr. Thomas is the best. He has been my daughter's doctor since she was 18 months. She will be 22 in November and she sees him when she is home from college. He is attentive and goes beyond the call of duty when necessary. He is a part of our family. I have recommended friends him to family and friends.
Dr Thomas refused to refill my daughter's medication because of an unpaid balance of $149 due to an insurance error. I asked him for a copy of the claim so that I could resubmit and he obliged but said he still would not refill her medication until it was paid. I promptly changed pediatricians and when I tried to have my daughter's records sent to the new doctor his office refused to release them due to the unpaid $149 balance which is highly illegal! My daughter has been on the med for 3 years!
