Worst customer service care. The nurses never answer the phone. Its extremely difficult to try and book an appointment. The staff is disjointed. The PA gave me the complete opposite guidance than Dr. Kavcic. I spent 6 weeks in physical therapy for the wrong thing. When Dr. Kavcic explained it was my neck rather than my shoulder, I told him it was his PA who sent me for my shoulder. He brushed it off and just said, yeah I know. Awful doctor, switching asap
Every time anyone in my family calls for a sick visit this office tells them to go to urgent care.
I tried telling Dr. Kavcic multiple times what was wrong, but he kept being dismissive. I had a lip problem (probably eczema) was going on for a year+. I kept saying "this isn't winter. I've been having this problem since last August" and he kept saying "it's probably just a winter thing" or "stop using Blistex" even though I told him I don't use Blistex and tried 5 other lip products.
