Great experience and great results. The entire process was handled so efficiently. From the consultation to my final post op check up. All of the staff are absolutely amazing. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Omaha Face from start to finish. From my initial consultation, to the day of surgery, and through all of my follow-ups, the entire team was professional, kind and incredibly attentive. Everyone is so kind here.
After 3 surgeries with Dr Harbison I am still disfigured and will have lost 4-5 years of my life. Possible permanent hollowing under my chin from a ‘cobra neck deformity.’ They told me I could cover this hematoma / disfigurement with makeup and told me surgery went very well.
I am now over a year post op and I am really not satisfied with my result or the experience I had with Omaha Face. While Dr. Harbison has excellent bedside manner, his nurses were extremely curt, unprofessional, impatient, and quite frankly mean. Let me set the scene.
