The staff is terrible... Extremely rude to my husband and myself. . I don't really have complaints about the doctors but the staff is ridiculous... Their attitude seems to be that you need them, they don't need you. . Apparently the dr Lepore' wife is the office manager. I'm sorry but the staff acting like this is a leadership problem... She needs to get in touch with reality... You treat enough people with disrespect and you will have no patients no matter how good the doctor is.
LOVE this Dr. his partner is great too. Very helpful, great with kids. Can ask anything. Never a wait time and the whole staff is friendly. love that they have separate entrances for well and sick,
Great doc...friendly, helpful. He doesnt make you feel dumb for asking questions. Takes his time. Staff is great too.
Don't wasted your time. We saw him until my daughter was 1 year. Around 9 mos she was having some skin issues, dr told us to use cortisone. Couldn't help us get to the bottom of skin issues and wasn't open to referring out. Around this same time her growth was slowing and he was grilling me on how much I fed her and how many times a day she pooped, then went on to basically threaten that if she hadn't gained a relevant amount of weight by next month's visit she would be classified as failure to thrive and we'd have to subjec... read more
Dr. Lepore is an amazing doctor. He really does have a true love and concern for children and it shows. He takes his time to answer all parent questions and concerns and never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Lepore even called me himself on Saturday night to check on my son who was sick Friday night. He is a GREAT doctor. I highly reccomend him!
Dr. Lepore is wonderful with our twins, straight out of the NICU he was there for us, answering our questions and listened to our concerns. He is always busy, but once it it is your turn, he gives you all the time you need and doesn't make you feel rushed. A+++
We started going to Dr. Lepore when my son was born. He is now four months old, so we've only been several times, but so far we think he is an excellent doctor. My son was a preemie, and Dr. Lepore is very knowledgeable about what to expect with preemies and has always been very helpful. He or the NP is always available and call back right promptly when I call with questions or concerns. Doctor Lepore is a great Doctor! He is great with kids and I really like his NP. I will say since they moved offices and his practice has grown, the staff up front is not what it used to be and it is impossible to get an appointment with him unless you book weeks out so we see his NP who we really like.
