"If you didn't mean to cancel this exam" We never canceled. You called us the day before at 5:30pm . You cant provide an ANNUAL EYE Exam due not be able to dilate eyes. Calling a day before after sending numerous text's and email's is very unprofessional if you can't follow through. Your receptionist also hung up on me without any help. :(
