The last 2 years I have seen a tremendous downfall in their staff and the willingness to help. The office staff in both offices treat you like you are bothering them. The staff will recommend you go to an urgent care instead of trying to fit you in. Wait times are horrible and forget about trying to get someone on the phone with out being placed on hold 10 times. Non-responsive to emails. Emailed and spoke to Dr. John to get my files for all 3 children and no one emailed me back in 10 days. Called and spoke to Ann and she sa... read more

The physicians at this office are outstanding. I always feel that my concerns are addressed with care and concern. I would highly recommend this practice.

There are five to six doctors in their practice. And you are not allow to book who you want to see at your appointment. My daughters have not seen the Kintroglou doctors since their practice grew.(father and son). The doctors don't communicate with each other. I see a different doctor each time I go see them and I have to explain my child illness all over again each time. One time one of their other inexperience doctor give me antibotics for my child and then i went back for a followup to see dr kintroglou and he did not und... read more

I consider myself lucky to take my children to such wonderful doctors. You do have to wait at times but they are worth the wait. I drive over an hour so my children can see them and I am constantly impressed with them. When my daughter was a newborn, they sent her to the hospital due to weight loss. They treated her like she was their only patient. I often wonder what another pediatrician would have done in that situation!! Thank you Dr. John for being a wonderful doctor!!

This father and son team treat all 3 of my kids. They are amazing. And on call whenever we need some advice. Only issue - they are probably too good for their own good. Everyone in the general area brings there kids here, so some times, the wait can be long.

I have been going to the Kintiraglou's for 17 years, and both John and his father have been incredibly great. He is a very skilled Doctor, much like his father, and I would never consider any other Doctors.

Both Dr Kint senior and junior are incredible doctors and I trust them more than I have ever trusted any doctor. My daughter has had a vert difficult first year and there was a time when she was there EVERY DAY for a week and they never dismissed my concerns. Dr. John even called us on a Sunday to see how she was bc he was "thinking about her". Dr. Kint Senior was incredible in the hospital when she was born. HIGHLY recommend!

I really trust them as my child's doctor. They don't take shortcuts and always listen to both parent and child. The office is busy, but its because they have many fans. They are moving to a larger office in the same building very soon.

LOVE THEM BOTH! Never a problem getting in to see them (as long as you are an established patient) in fact when my son is sick they say ... come right in or come in within a few hours. Thats why I dont mind the slight wait in the waiting room. I can call for just about anything and they always respond quickly with a good/helpful answer
