His temporary splints broke every months, and he charged again every time, but he refused to touch our new crowns or see us at all after we got new crowns and implants done elsewhere.
Beyond Excellent. Dr. Favale has been my dentist for 20+ years. He was/is a Godsend! I have been very pleased with his expertise and ability to make a "not-so-fun" experience manageable. Very good at putting patients at ease. Explains the procedure thoroughly and so a layperson can understand.
We loved this place until we were charged for something we didn't get. My daughter had a small, superficial, baby tooth extracted. I sat there the entire time and he numbed the area and pulled it, no nitrous oxide was used. They asked me if they can use nitrous oxide but they never did. I called to let them know but they still insisted it was used. We won't be coming back because I felt cheated.
