Very accommodating, to the point and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Great visit.
Dr. Yap took time to answer all of my concerns regarding an upcoming surgery and then proceeded to explain more pertinent facts. He's been my doctor for years. I'm grateful for his calm, friendly, manner and am confident in his expertise. He's taken good care of my shoulders for years and I know I'm in good hands.
What an incredible doctor! Very knowledgeable very understandable and compassionate plus a sense of humor. I wish they all could be like that.
