Horrible service!! Waited 1/2 hr. in the first waiting room. Then 1 hr. in the second waiting room, then another 1 hr. to finally see the doctor!!! Completely ridiculous!! Appt. was 3:30pm, finally saw doctor at 6pm!!! Unacceptable and very inconsiderate!!! A lot of elderly people their. This is not the way you treat the elderly. Have been to many eye doctors and retina specialist. No one else makes you wait like that!! They need to learn to schedule appts. Patients shouldn't wait that long!
