I myself have been a patient for 17 years and going great doctor and really listens and trys to help you. some times it comes down to your own will power ( I'm an avid cigarette smoker) slowly quitting and glad I have doctor Patton on my side
Have had Dr. Patton as my general practitioner since moving to the Quad Cities in 2004. I find him to be a great doctor and truly caring about his patients.
I go in monthly for an injection. I supply the medicine in vials holding two doses. Today I went in and was told there wasn't enough in the vial. I explained not once but twice that wasn't the case but ended up just leaving instead of arguing. Before I had even left the parking lot the nurse calls and says I was right. At first I was just upset they wasted my time during a busy week where I had already scheduled around the appointment but then it occurred to me that if she thought two doses wasn't enough then how much was sh... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Patton for 22 years. He is one of the only doctors I have ever been to that takes the time to listen and understand what is going on, then comes up with a solution. It seems like this would be a basic expectation in the medical field, but you just don't find it anywhere else which is why even after moving to a different state, I still fly back to see him. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.
Dr Patton is great guy and I HAD been a patient of his for about 20 years. His office staff is horrific. I am unable to get through them to even leave him a message. Time to find another doctor If you want to be treated like a number then this is your office
