I had an endoscopy that went well.
The whole experience was PERFECT! I was scheduled for a colonoscopy procedure and received Dr. McNerney's name from my primary care doctor. I arrived for the appt. and in about 20 minutes I was checked in and in my attire: a gown with socks and shoes left on. Pretty spiffy. I was prepped and the nurse, Lisa put the IV in my arm vs. the hand, which I really like because the hand IVs are a bit uncomfortable. BTW, they covered me with heated blankets.....very nice. Very friendly, polite, and professional staff. Dr McNerney explained everything before and after the procedure.
Everyone in the office was very pleasant and provided all the assistance needed quickly and with a smile. Dr. McNerney spoke with me both before and after the procedure and carefully explained the results. Results and additional paperwork were provided and were easy to understand.

Everyone was kind, professional & efficient. Dr. mcNerney performed my procedures with the perfect amount of sedation & I felt very safe.
It was time for one of my least favorite medical procedures -- a colonoscopy. Prior to the colonoscopy, Dr. McNerney thoroughly explained the procedure and process. Since I was taking Xarelto, Dr. McNerney said he would get with my primary care physician to take this into account -- resulting a 3 day hold on the Xarelto. I was given very clear and explicit written instructions on what I needed to do prior to the procedure.
