I feel that I have received the best of care provided by Dr. Kresl and his staff. All of the questions I had regarding my treatment for prostate cancer were answered in a very timely, efficient and caring manner. The procedure itself was relatively painless and provided in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Dr Kresl's article comparing SBRT/SABR radiation with surgery confirmed my choice to trust Phoenix Cyberknife with my treatment. I left my first meeting with Dr Kresl with the courage and confidence necessary to proceed with the daily private awareness of such a threat - to be alone, in silence with "it". Dr Kresl and his staff communicated every aspect of my treatments and was really concerned about my complete understanding of the process. All were friendly, courteous, and professional.
After 3 years, I was very disappointed with my treatment at Cyberknife and with Dr. Kresl. I left town and needed my yearly required MRI. The staff wasnt listening to my needs, nor did they even pretend to care. I asked to be called by my doctor, who ive spend THOUSANDS of dollars with, to call me.
