Phoenix Cyberknife is a role model for other service providers. My total experience with the staff was patient oriented. Each individual was warm and friendly and professional. They each expressed a genuine concern for my care. The office staff contacted me after my procedure to make sure my needs were being met and answered my follow-up questions. I give Dr. Kresl and his staff my highest recommendation.

Dr Kresl and his staff communicated every aspect of my treatments and was really concerned about my complete understanding of the process. All were friendly, courteous, and professional.
After 3 years, I was very disappointed with my treatment at Cyberknife and with Dr. Kresl. I left town and needed my yearly required MRI. The staff wasnt listening to my needs, nor did they even pretend to care. I asked to be called by my doctor, who ive spend THOUSANDS of dollars with, to call me. The staff said "Dr Kresl DOES NOT call his patients personally", that he would no longer or see me as a patient because I wouldnt fly back to AZ for the MRI, he refused to place the order an MRI in an
