Wait time is always good- barely have time to get a book out! Nursing staff efficient, friendly, and knowledgeably. Dr. Griffin listens carefully, is thorough, careful, and doesn't jump to conclusions. He has been my doctor for years and I have never had even a minor complaint. Front desk and the Lab are also friendly and efficient. This is a great office - can't say enough how much we appreciate the care and attention we receive.
Every staff member were so helpful and caring, and made certain that we were taken care of and that our questions were answered! And, Dr. Griffin was very thorough, patient, caring, involved, and listened to our concerns. We were very impressed! Jim & Martha Kaley

As usual the whole staff was friendly with smiles and banter when meeting or just passing. The wait time was shorter than usual but even the "long" waits are reasonable when that happens. The nurse was her usual friendly helpful self and the doctor was his normal/usual friendly, listening to what we had to say. This was a follow up visit to check concerns from the last visit.
I have always been treated as if I were important and I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Griffin and his staff, especially Mrs. Terry.

Dr. Griffin is the best doctor I have ever encountered. He is thoughtful and conservative in his approach to drug therapies and is very thorough in discussing all aspects of my health. He is very encouraging about making positive life style changes and about the value of regular exercise. Dr. Griffin clearly enjoys his work with patients and is great at making us feel comfortable. His efforts are greatly appreciated. Joyce is an excellent nurse, so she and Dr. Griffin make a great team.
Dr. John Griffin has been my PCP for several years and I have been very pleased with him. His nurse, Joyce, is his right hand person. They are professional, knowledgeable, and listen to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr, Griffin and Eagle Internal Medicine. It's also really nice that lab work can be done right there too, without having to make an appointment and go somewhere else for it to be done. I also like Eagle's online Patient Portal where I can access my medical information, appointments, lab results, etc.
