Total experience was exceptional. I give 5 stars to all the metrics asked plus note that Dr Griffin looks to achieving good health grades with minimal meds.
I always enjoy going to the Dr.'s appointment. everyone is very nice, compassionate and smiling. Dr. Griffin and Joyce are the best and I go to many efferent doctors.
I feel such trust and confidence in Dr. Griffinâ??s approach to both medicine and the patient person. Care I feel that I can trust is important to me and Dr. Griffin provides just that for me.
Staff is always nice and warm greeting you and listening to your needs. Joyce and Dr. Griffin always try to ask questions on how you are doing and if there are any problems. Just a great experience to go see the Dr. which no one wants to do.
Fantastic physician and staff. I have always been pleased with treatments and would not be pleased if I had to choose a different medical provider. Thanks for all the care you provide for me.
Dr Griffin is excellent. My only complaint was that he told me how old he is going to be and this made me sad that he would retire soon and I would have to find a new MD!
My experience was very pleasant, as always. Dr. Griffin always makes me feel comfortable and he always asks relevant questions pertaining to my overall health. He is assuring even when I don't feel like I have made the mark with regard to weight loss and regular exercise. Dr. Griffin definitely chose the right profession for him, and his patients are lucky to be treated by such a caring and knowledgeable physician. Joyce is also an pleasant outstanding professional and an expert at painless shots.
Dr. Griffin has been excellent in his treatment of me for many years. This year was no exception, I feel like I am in good hands in his care. He is prompt to check out whatever is ailing me and refers me directly to the appropriate specialist with appropriate follow-up. In 2017 it was bladder cancer and he has worked with me through surgeries, treatments, transfer to Duke, etc. I appreciate his care.
Dr. Griffin is the most caring, conscientious, caring, concerned physician that I have ever had! He makes me feel like he has all of the time in the world to take care of my concerns! His staff is also very dedicated to me as a patient, as well as others! He and his staff are excellent on following up on lab tests, drug prescriptions, immunizations, and follow-up appointments. My wife and I really appreciate our medical care!
