I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I waited several months for an appointment that was previously canceled and rescheduled. When I arrived today, I was turned away for being about 15 minutes late, despite the long wait time to be seen. I understand offices have policies, but the communication and flexibility felt very inconsistent. I hope they improve scheduling and patient communication going forward.
The receptionist could really use a better attitude. Idk who hired her but they should have looked harder for a more qualified candidate.
These guys are the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and always do a great job.
