I have had Dr. Cribb for a while now and he himself is a good dr, I’ve never had any problems with him. I had a colonoscopy/endoscopy I think it was May 28th….well in February I was in the hospital for 2 weeks with Fournier gangrene (a pretty gross and painful thing to happen) it took a lot longer than I thought to heal so I called office and told them about it and they agreed I should cancel the testing then I had rescheduled for June and I mistakenly took my blood thinner 1day and they said I needed to cancel and yesterday... read more
Received an appointment for a colonoscopy and endoscopy for May 22, I did all of the prep for the procedures and arrived on time. When I arrived, the nurse informed me that my appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled to July for a consultation. I had never been contacted about a change and had received a packet confirming my original appointment. Terrible, appointment scheduled with Dr but saw the NP. The secretary for the NP does not return my calls, have been waiting on a medication prior authorization for two weeks. I have called multiple times and left voicemails. Cannot speak to office directly. The secretary should be calling the insurance company to see what’s going on. If the patient caseload is too high for either the Dr or staff then they need to stop taking new patients!
