Horrible practice overall..Basically a pill mill that is being run. You pay just for a script . They never get pre authorizations done, and when you complain they threaten to take your medication away and tell it'll get done when it gets done. Stay away!

If I could give this place a zero I would. My attorney called and got me an appointment scheduled for today at 4 pm. I went yesterday to pick up my paperwork. Today I arrived at 3:50pm for the front desk lady to tell me “ Two people came in for walk ins and the doctor can’t see you”. I said to the lady didn’t schedule me yesterday when my lawyer called you? She said to me yea but the walk ins came first. It's frustrating to know that you arrive on time for a scheduled appointment and are NEVER seen on time or even within 15 minutes grace period that we sit waiting. Then when asked we get some front desk staff with attitudes as if we dis I feel that the front desk staff should not overbook the practitioners. The front desk staff says the office doesn't start services until 9am but all the times I have been coming the physical therapy services and staff in that area are NOT on time either.
