I love both Drs. Hatley! They are caring, efficient, and gentle. The office is clean and I feel completely safe.
Worst experience. My child was there for a lost filing. Dr. Hatley tried to clean the exposed tooth without numbing it first. My child was in obvious pain and almost urinated himself. When he asked to use the restroom, Dr. Hatley said he did not have time for this and refused to complete the job. I was charge $100 for this awful visit and now have to see another dentist to properly treat my child. Stay far away from this man.
Rude, impatient, and should never work on children. My child went to him for a filing fall out. Dr. John proceeded to clean the tooth with a sharp drill and did not numb my child's mouth at all. My child nearly jumped out of the seat in pain and almost urinated on himself. When he requested to use the restroom, Dr. Hatley said he didn't have time for this because he had other patients. We were there for 10 mins. and charged $100. We have to return for sedation with more costs. Stay far away!
Speechless!!!!! Best dentist I've been to! The hygienists are so sweet and Dr. Hatley was so nice. The front desk ladies are phenomenal and so personable! They even remembered my husband and mom! I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!!!
Best dentists anywhere! Both dentists' main concern is the comfort of their patients. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the Hatleys are!
