Easy to talk to and took his time explaining my hip problem and the operation necessary to correct it. He smiles a lot which made me feel relaxed.
From my 1st appointment to the completion of my knee repair my experience has been excellent with Dr Harker, and his entire staff. They were very professional, thorough, attentive and kind. The procedure provided immediate relief and the focus on cleanliness and correct information were very apparent in his office and at Largo Medical center.
I had surgery with Dr Harker and he was awesome. Explained everything and was great to work with.
I had a broken femur. Dr Harker is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. The surgeon went great, very small incisions.
1st knee:no explan abt procedure/what to expect. Nothing abt what he'd put in there or take out. Had to do research. Allergic to sutures used, took 1 yr for pieces to stop coming to the surface/heal Nasty,Frightening exper,vowed never do again. But it worked. Now NO PAIN! 2nd knee. No explan. I requested bloodless surgery, said he'd cauterize vessels collect/ clean/return mine. He used glue & steri-strips to close .5 days in rehab center. Healed 21/2 wks! No PAIN(cane). Didn' visit me after!
I would never recommend him to anyone I remotely cared about. A very close family member was a patient of his and he performed carpal tunnel syndrome surgery on her. Made things so much worse, never recommended therapy following surgery, crippled fingers and now there's absolutely no feeling in fingers. WHAT!!!???. God awful bedside manner. Blows patients off. Biggest mistake walking into his office.
