I had to give a star because I couldn't write this without doing so. This place is the worst. When my grandson was 2 1/2 he had to have glasses and this was the only place we found to take medical card at the time. They broke within a month and went to replace the frame. She said she had to order it and she'd call when it came in. After two weeks I called and she said they wasn't in yet. Another week passed and still no frames. THE ONLY REASON WHY I WENT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE WAS BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE MEDICAL CARD. WHEN I WENT I NOTICED THAT ALL THEIR KIDS FRAMES WAS 100.00 DOLLARS AND UP. WHICH WAS HIGH A$$ HELL! WHEN THEY HAVE FRAMES AT WALMART STARTING AT $$10.00 SO I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD GET THE PURPLE FRAMES ON THE MEDICAL CARD. AND I ASKED FOR MY DAUGHTER'S PRECRIPTION FOR A MORE AFFORDABLE PAIR WHICH WAS AT WALMART. HE SUCKERED ME INTO BUY A PAIR FOR $148.00. THEY CAME IN ABOUT A WEEK LATER.
