Thank you Dr Sullivan, I brought my mom in today for dry eye with a lump near tear duct. You gave several recommendations and then applied pressure to the mucus plug. You told her it should drain. Sure enough on the way home, it did. Lump is almost gone and dry eye has improved. We are getting her new eye glasses and this 90 year old is getting back to her routine. Big thanks.
Dr. Sullivan is one of the best Ophthalmologist in his field, I am extremely grateful for his expertise and vast knowledge of rare conjunctivitis and other eye conditions. I don’t think the 1 star reviews that him/his staff have gotten are true; I have gone to see him 4 times, both while I was within his network’s coverage and when I was not and paid out of pocket — he is the best ophthalmologist I can find in the Bay Area — I had went through 13-14 different optometrists/primary care provider/ER physicians/ophthalmologists ... read more

Staff is extremely rude, they can careless about patients as long as money is coming in to feed their arrogant, selfish, uneducated selves. I can’t express the level of how offended I feel from Laurie (billing agent) she was hostile, angry and inpatient with me over the phone. They failed to mention that DR. Solvian is in the death bed of how old he is and waist people’s time and money to get referrals in!!’ Please don’t come and support this racial discriminatory place!!’ BEWARE. They feel threatened when I express concerns... read more
