This medical office really needs to get its act together. If you call the office, you will be on hold for 30 minutes. When you try to park, you will be fortunate to find a space. I park a half mile away at Starbucks and walk. When you finally get there, you will be in a small, crowded waiting room with people standing around because there isn't adequate seating. Unlike experiences where some patients may feel frustrated by waiting or rescheduling, it’s important to understand that delays can happen and it’s not the doctor’s fault. If I could give no stars I most DEFINITELY would! They schedule you for one time and then once you arrive, they’ll say they rescheduled you for a different time. Then you wait 2+hours to be seen and the room is overflowing with patients. This is one of the worst offices I’ve ever been to and if my elderly mom didn’t need this care, I wouldn’t come here at all.

Very bad cmr svc 0 wait time when call the office but this turns out wait time over 22 mns n no one no one comes back to the phone n even when you request a office mgr call back not received- terrible svc
