I was recommended to Dr Wong on an emergency basis for a torn retina at 4:00 pm Valentines Day. He performed the reparations via laser immediately after a thorough examination and explanation of the procedure, expected results and what I should expect. The entire staff stayed overtime to take care of me! I would recommend Dr. Wong and Retina Assoc of Sarasota to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr. Wong and all involved. Class Act!!

I found this practice AFTER I had a poor laser treatment, done incorrectly on a detached retina at a very large practice in Venice. Dr. Niffenegger and his staff are fabulous. I was very happy with this practice and will continue with all my retina issues. This is a doctor you can trust.
Exzcellent at explaining issues so the patient can understand. Always interested in what the Sarasot Lions Club is doing in the community for eye sight conservation.
Excellent doc. Dr. Kelly presented me with all of my options, explained each one of them to me, and the medical consequences of each. Then Dr. Kelly made his recommendation and explained why. I visited 2 other docs prior to him that did none of that! Further, he has an excellent personality and demeanor. He is open to answering all of your questions and yet does not waste your time (or his). Saved me from a huge mistake also (Eye health wise & $s.) He had my very best interest in mind.

Dr. Wong is highly competent and very respectful to his patients. I will recommend him to anyone I may come in contact with here in Florida. Best doctor I have seen in this area since our arrival 10 years ago.
