Dr. Neumann is unethical, ignorant, incompetent, and extremely dishonest. He only cares about money, and is not looking out for the well being of his patients. Be warned and stay away from this horrible dentist. I made the biggest mistake of my life by seeing him. He messed up my teeth beyond repair. He has extremely low standard for himself, and his work is inferior at best. Also, he doesn't take responsibilities for any work that he screwed up. He is the worst dentist I've ever met.
Dr. Neumann restored my faith in the dental industry. I have had horrible experiences with dentists, from lock jaw to being treated like a dollar sign with no bedisde manner. Dr. Neumann and his staff made me feel comfortable and like a friend. He is the first dentist in my life that I actually want to establish dental care with. I actually asked Gloria at the front desk to nag me to make another appointment.

Dr. Neumann consistently pushed for costly services, which I politely declined. The one time I accepted his recommendation to replace a fully functional silver filling with composite filling against my intuition was a huge mistake. The composite filling failed, and Dr. Neumann wanted to charge me to redo the filling. As predicted, he further recommended a crown, which is a much more costly and invasive procedure for a simple cavity. Do not trust this dentist, and always get another opinion.
I came to see this dentist for a swollen gum. After taken the panoramic x-ray, he told me there was tartar between my teeth and that he would have to remove it to get rid of the infection. He then numb my face to work on my gum/teeth. At this point I thought he was doing a scaling & root planning. I had no idea he was performing a gum surgery without my consent. I now have a big hole in between my teeth because he had removed a big chunk of my gum tissue. He is incompetent & dishonest.
My husband & I have been patients of Dr Neumann for > 4 yr's. He & his staff have given us timely & excellent care. Every friend that I have referred Dr to has been very pleased with his care. This office is the happiest dental office I have ever been to!
