I took my granddaughter, who is 13, to see him and he scared her to death. To the point she was in tears after leaving his office. He looked at her face and mentioned scary possibilities and yet he didn’t take a culture. He didn’t seem to believe her when she had said that she had only used an over the counter face cleaner for achne. I felt he was very unprofessional. Dr Hall was a referral and I definitely would not refer him to anyone. Do your research people before you see this man.
I had a 8:50a appointment this morning. I recently lost my debit card and currently waiting on a new one. I have health insurance and needed a $20 copayment. I asked if I could be seen and then go to the bank since it didn't open until 9:00a. I even went to the extent of getting my 70 year old grandmother to bring a check. My grandma couldn't see good enough to drive. I've got spots on my head that itch and burn. It's caused hair loss. I've been waiting three weeks to see a dermatologist. They refused to see me. Dr Hall is a caring, concerned doctor and man! Staff is A+. No problems getting appointment to be seen. If you have a dermatology problem.. give them a call.
