this doctor bills out of network for labs despite being an in-network doctor and their billing team will never respond to you after 3 months of chasing. they will refuse to respond to emails. They are the most difficult office to coordinate anything with! Also the lab they send to is Sovereign Medical Lab which is owned by the doctor as well so clearly he is milking the expenses from your insurance to his own network. Be very careful with this doctor. I went into his practice for a consultation. Under zocdoc it was labeled in network. He had me pee into a cup. After everything I was prescribed some pills. After about a month or so I get 3 lab test bills that were billed from his lab instead of the in network lab that were thousands of dollars. Its next to impossible to get a hold of his billing team or email. They all lead you nowhere. Why do I need 3 labs for my urine?!
