Issues with receptionist at front desk. Older woman was rude and unprofessional. Sad to ruin the reputation due to one old cranky woman with no flexibility, compassion, or empathy
What a joke yet again today. Waited 45 mins. to see nurse practioner. When I ask rude B at from desk what's up? Ahe finally goes & comes back stating." I interrupted them in patient room. Apparently there's an issue with EKG". I ask so how long? Of course Ms.personality says" I don't know!" Of course you don't!! If you're running behind why not call & inform patients? This is the 4th time. How do you allow a 91 yr young patient to have to sit when they've made their appt. showed up 15 mins early as requested? Poor poor poor ... read more
