Dr. Fosbinder is a lively, eccentric doctor and he listens! A breath of fresh air as far as my experience goes with MDs and DOs. The staff was polite and receptive.
The staff at this office denied my 80+ year old mother with cardiac issues care because she self tested positive for Covid. They told her that she couldn't come to the office to be seen and refused to call in a prescription for Paxlovid because she had no risk factors. Covid kills the elderly. The risk of death for people 85+ is 340 times more than for people 18 to 29. Doctor, educate your staff!!
