If you expect a polite receptionist, a nurse who is professional and non-judgemental, a doctor who explains before surgery what may be expected after surgery then you may be disappointed.
My wife Jennifer is thrilled with the results of her recent surgery with Dr John Flood. We have been amazed at the extent of pre and post operative care and instructions. Nothing is left to chance. I had to have a 50c coin sized basal cell carcinoma removed from my forehead a couple years ago with Mohs surgery (2019) and Dr Flood did an absolutely amazing job repairing the hole. Unless you look quite closely, specifically looking for it you would not notice any scar was there. Photo (just taken today) is slightly colour enhanced and marked to point out the very fine and straight scar it's even harder to see in natural light. Great job, would definitely recommend Dr Flood.
Dr Flood removed a BCC on my forehead a few months ago. He was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. Dr Flood was very gentle and did an exceptional job, leaving me with a very minimal scar! I am so thrilled and relieved. A very clever and caring doctor. Thanks Dr Flood.
