If I could give this office a zero review I would. I had a 7:20am appointment, Dr. Z did not arrive to the office until 8:10am. Upon arriving he was chatting with the office staff and did not care that I had been waiting an HOUR. I asked the secretary if I could have my copay back since I never got seen and the doctor was an hour late (I had to leave to get to work) . Truly terrible .. I went through allergy hell and all this doctor was concerned was about himself .. came in and out after waiting for hours on wheels .. minimizing my notes and concerns .. went to Boston and a truly wonderful experience to be dealt with respect and true care a doctor should be .. do not waste your time and energy with this person .. you deserve a true professional doctor
I have been a patient at Asthma & Allergy for over 15 years, but they have lost me as a patient over a measly $25. Each time I received an email notification, I immediately went to their patient portal (Healow) to pay the bill, but the payment function never worked. I called multiple times, only to sit on hold for 5–7 minutes before giving up because of work.
