Receptionist told me the wrong address after confirming with her over the phone. Always an issue every time I go in
Horrible ‘customer service’ and to get a chuckle from the receptionist when I was sent the wrong date and time for an appointment. After driving for almost an hour to be told, yeah, sorry it was a glitch in the system. If you knew, why didn’t you inform the clients!?!?
Ridiculously high fees, not worth your time.
Abruptly stopped offering allergy shots with no heads up at all and leaving all patients to use allergy drops that are not covered by insurance. Completely unprofessional. Now struggling to find a place that will take my extremely asthmatic child to get him back on his shots. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
