I have been a patient at Asthma & Allergy for over 15 years, but they have lost me as a patient over a measly $25. Each time I received an email notification, I immediately went to their patient portal (Healow) to pay the bill, but the payment function never worked. Receptionist told me the wrong address after confirming with her over the phone. Always an issue every time I go in
Horrible ‘customer service’ and to get a chuckle from the receptionist when I was sent the wrong date and time for an appointment. After driving for almost an hour to be told, yeah, sorry it was a glitch in the system. If you knew, why didn’t you inform the clients!?!?
