Dr Robertson is the best doctorAlso his staff is excellent
Used to love him until he got really condescending while recommending experimental injections that weren't even FDA approved at the time. He doesn't keep up with the date behind the treatments he promotes, and was unaware of the drug's ineffectiveness and mounting body of recorded adverse reactions. Clearly accepting bonuses from pharmaceutical companies rather than putting patients first, and violated the doctor-patient relationship by mocking me when I didn't comply.
Dr. Robertson is an excellent Family Practitioner. He is professional and his staff is friendly and accommodating. I am a new patient and there was no problem getting in and getting an appointment. Highly recommend this doctor and staff.
Dr. Robertson is an excellent healthcare provider! My parent's lost their primary care provider and thankfully I was able to have them seen by Dr. Robertson. He is kind, gentle and really takes the time with his patients. I like that he sets healthcare goals with his patients!
Despite the doctor advertising that he accepts new patients one must meet one of the following criteria: 1) A dependent of someone who works at Cooper 2) A veteran 3) Referred by another Cooper physician This isn't a country club, this is healthcare. My insurance qualifies but due to these strange criteria I can't get an appointment. Frustrated with both Dr. John F. Robertson Jr. false advertising and Amerihealth for allowing this to happen.
