Dr. Robertson always goes above and beyond to make sure my concerns are met. Dr. Robertson and his staff are beyond wonderful!! !
The quality of service,empathy,and explanation of everything , and professionalism was excellent. All establishments should learn from them. A very organized and comfortable environment, from a patient, point of view.
Staff is always accommodating and I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Also has to get a prescription refilled over the phone and has no problems.
This eas my first visit. I use to be a Virtua patient. I changed to Cooper because of my insurance. I have been extremely pleased with my experiences at Cooper.
